Lap Sealant should be inspected twice a year and reseals are recommended every year.  With a lifetime roof coating, roof reseals are a thing of the past.

Lifetime Polyurea coatings resist most impact, such as hail damage or scrapes from tree limbs. 

Polyurea coatings are leak free, but a lapse in yearly maintenance to your factory roof can lead to costly water leaks from bad sealant or tears in the rubber membrane.  

The UV topcoat increases reflectivity keeping your RV or trailer cooler, while also protecting the lifetime polyurea coating from unsightly discoloration.

The elimination of the lap sealant and rubber membrane, eliminates the need for yearly maintenance.
